The response to this document will become the SPARSE MANIFESTO for the next four to five years. It sets out the areas we feel are really important over that period and we are testing that proposition.

At this stage it is a consultative document and with observations invited from every quarter. There are sixteen rural questions posed in the document and the responses to these we feel will set our work areas for research, representation, lobbying and action for this next period.
